As part of a marketing automation project, I designed a lead capture and follow-up workflow for Happy Paws, a fictional pet wellness brand. The goal was to demonstrate how businesses can capture new leads and build immediate customer engagement through automation.
The project included designing a user-friendly lead capture form, creating a personalized confirmation message, and building an automated email follow-up using HubSpot. This workflow illustrates how marketing automation can improve the customer journey while helping businesses respond quickly to new inquiries.
